Our team concept also allows you to sample the skills various stylists without hurt feelings.  You many choose to receive services from various stylists in order to fit your scheduling needs.  Experiencing the services of various stylists also helps to provide you with fresh ideas and perspective.

If your experience with us has been disappointing in any way, please tell us as soon as possible.  Problems with haircuts and color and nails should be evident within a week.  Problems with perms can usually be seen within a two week period.  We will schedule an appointment within that time period, to make any adjustments or alterations.  We cannot guarantee our services, if you have not used the recommended professional products or if your hair has been altered by another salon.

In addition, if you feel that any product does not meet your expectations, simply return the unused portion.  We will gladly exchange the product and assist you in selecting a product more appropriate to your needs.
